Service Description

These services cover maintaining financial records of a business, from setting up its own accounting software from scratch until preparation of necessary reports. Further, these services can be availed individually or as a whole process. 1. Setup and/or maintenance of an accounting software. 2. Create and upload Chart of Accounts into client’s accounting software. 3. Set up bank accounts into client’s accounting software. 4. Set up any client’s bank feeds as applicable to the latter’s bank options. 5. Upload historical transactions from bank data (if there are necessary data are not synced in with the new accounting software). 6. Record and/or sync cash receipts, invoices, bank deposits or other forms of income of the business. 7. Create and record invoices, credit notes, bills, and other supporting documents relevant to the operations of the business. 8. Categorization of each transaction (items 7 & 8) based on client’s Chart of Accounts. 9. Bank reconciliation. (Reconciling financial statements with bank statements) 10. Preparing Financial and other Custom Management Reports. (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, A/R Aging Summary, A/P Aging Summary, General Ledgers, Customer Reports, Employee Reports, Expense Reports, and other financial reports required).
